3.1 General Guidelines
All cancellation requests must be raised through the Navsafar Travels platform. If a User cancels directly with the Service Provider, they must inform us immediately to facilitate the refund process.

3.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Convenience Fees: Strictly non-refundable
- Visa Fees: Service charges and embassy fees are non-refundable once the application is initiated
- Flash Sales: Special promotional bookings are typically 100% non-refundable
3.4 Flight and Hotel Specifics
- No-Show: Failing to check-in within the stipulated time generally results in 100% forfeiture of the ticket/room amount
- Airline Cancellations: If an airline cancels a flight, Navsafar Travels will process a refund only after funds are received from the airline
3.5 Refund Processing and Timelines
- Mode: Refunds are strictly processed back to the original source of payment (Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking)
- Timelines: Once initiated, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on bank processing
- Promotions: If a booking used a promo code, the discount value will not be refunded
3.6 Cancellation by Navsafar Travels
If Navsafar Travels cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund or an equivalent alternative arrangement — excluding force majeure situations.
3.7 Force Majeure Refunds
In force majeure situations, any refunds available will depend solely on supplier policies and are not guaranteed by Navsafar Travels.
3.8 Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and recovery proceedings. Please contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes.
